Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused product in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture and confirms its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
